629 Signature Mug - Becoming
629 Signature Mug - Becoming
More than an image. A reflection of identity, strength, and becoming.
Our identities are shaped by the histories we inherit, the experiences we navigate, and the courage we discover along the way. Becoming is not simply about who we are today. It is about recognizing every part of ourselves that contributes to who we continue to become.
Inspired by 629: A First-Generation Tale in America, this signature mug celebrates the intersection of cultural heritage, personal identity, resilience, and self-acceptance.
The Meaning Behind the Image
Becoming — Featuring a powerful figure incorporating the Puerto Rican and American flags, rainbow Pride colors, and the male symbol, this artwork represents the strength and complexity of identity. It reflects the experiences of navigating cultural belonging, masculinity, sexuality, and the many dimensions of self that shape our individual journeys.
The image serves as a reminder that our identities do not have to exist in separate compartments. They can coexist, intersect, and become sources of strength, pride, and personal transformation.
Every journey of becoming is unique. This mug celebrates the courage to embrace our whole selves and honor the experiences that have shaped us.
Our stories matter because every part of who we are belongs to the story.
