Avant Signature Hoodie - Leadership Is an Action. Not a Title.
ACT Signature Hoodie Collection
Wear Your Values. Lead With Purpose.
Leadership is not simply something we talk about. It is reflected in how we show up, the decisions we make, the relationships we build, and the environments we help create.
The Avant Consulting & Training Signature Hoodie Collection brings three of our defining leadership messages into everyday apparel, connecting intentional leadership with meaningful organizational and community transformation.
Each black pullover hoodie features a distinctive leadership statement on the front and our signature ACT leadership word-cloud lightbulb on the back.
Together, these designs represent the principles that guide our work: transformational leadership, psychological safety, systematic equity infrastructure, restorative practice, and community engagement.
Whether you're preparing for a meeting, engaging with colleagues, gathering with community members, or taking time to reflect, these hoodies offer a reminder that our values become meaningful through what we practice.
Grounded in the ACT Learning Model™ — Awareness → Capacity → Transformation, the collection invites us to recognize what matters, develop the capacity to act, and create the conditions for lasting change.
More than apparel. A reflection of how we choose to lead.

Leadership Is an Action. Not a Title.
ACT Signature Hoodie | Avant Consulting & Training
Leadership is not defined by the position we hold. It is demonstrated through our decisions, our accountability, and the actions we take each day.
Leadership Is an Action. Not a Title. Signature Hoodie reflects a fundamental principle of transformational leadership: meaningful influence comes from what we practice, not simply the authority we possess.
Featuring a bold leadership statement on the front and Avant Consulting & Training's original leadership word-cloud lightbulb on the back, this design connects individual responsibility with the broader work of strengthening organizations and communities.
Created for leaders, educators, professionals, and changemakers who understand that leadership is a responsibility expressed through everyday action.
